How to register to EMSF 2024 ?

  • At the end of the process, you will receive a copy of your registration form.
  • At that time, you may pay online with credit card or by bank transfer upon receiving the proforma invoice
  • You will receive your proforma invoice within 72 hours. if not, please send an e-mail to contact@isasf.net

Cancellation and Refund Policy

Requests for cancellation of registration must be sent by email to: contact@isasf.net

Refunds
Refunds will be subject to the following conditions:
Participants who cancel on or before April 15, 2024 (12:pm CT TIME) will receive a full refund
minus an administration fee of 50 € per person plus applicable taxes.
Participants who cancel between April 15 and May 2, 2024 (12:pm CT TIME) will receive a
refund of 50% of the registration fee plus an administration fee of 50 € per person plus
applicable taxes.
No refunds will be eligible after May 9, 2024 (midnight CET time).
If the event is postponed or cancelled by the organizers, the registration fee will be refunded in
full without penalty.

Registration transfer
It is possible to transfer your registration to another person. Please send your request by email
to contact@isasf.net before May 20, 2024 (midnight CET time)
